About Viljan Combined Housing

Viljan Combined Housing in Gothenburg consists of two residences, Danska vägen and Lundvägen. One is located in central Gothenburg and the other in Sävedalen. We offer short-term accommodation for individuals aged 18–65 with comorbidity as well as various psychiatric and neuropsychiatric diagnoses and conditions. Our working methods are environmental therapeutic methods, MI, and low-arousal approach.

We are looking for hourly employees and summer substitutes!

Your work involves supporting, motivating, and activating clients in their daily lives based on individual goals and conditions.

Typical tasks may include:

  • Supporting clients in daily life, e.g., hygiene, cleaning, and planning
  • Executing planned interventions based on the implementation plan
  • Documenting
  • Medication management

Qualifications:

You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You enjoy creating good relationships with clients and want to create value for them, and can easily communicate with caseworkers and other important contacts for the client. You would describe yourself as an independent and responsible person.

  • Support assistant/support worker and/or experience in social psychiatry
  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
  • Driving license B

Employment conditions

Role: Support assistant/support worker

Employment type: Summer substitute from week 25-32 with the possibility to continue working as a substitute if needed after the summer.

Working hours are scheduled during day/evening/weekend.

Start date: by agreement

Collective agreement: Yes
