Who will you be working with?
We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a lovely 12-year-old girl living in Tjörn with her mom, dad, little brother, and cat. She is a girl with a charming personality and a lot of energy who loves to be outdoors and explore nature!
Together with her assistants, she has the opportunity for fun and safe days. Regardless of the weather, she prefers to spend her free time outdoors with small and big adventures such as playing in the garden, going for walks, and other outdoor activities. There are horses in the family, and she also enjoys riding or going on bus trips.
As an assistant, you will support the girl in her daily life with her basic needs such as food, hygiene, and communication. She walks independently and communicates using speech and visual support. Your workplace will primarily be at home.
Job Scope
The position is hourly-based, and we are primarily looking for someone who can work weekend shifts (scope will be agreed upon) with shifts around 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We would also like you to have the opportunity to work weekdays and more days on the schedule during the girl's summer vacation! In addition to the mentioned times, there are good opportunities to work more during the weeks if needed.
You must have a driver's license and your own car, as it is difficult to reach the workplace without a vehicle. The girl lives near Rönnäng in Tjörn.
Who are you applying for?
If you want to work with this captivating girl, you should enjoy being around animals as there are a cat and a horse in the family. You also need to be able to combine the role of being a supportive adult with actively participating in the girl's play and activities. We also hope that you are a clever and creative person who shares the girl's interest in being outdoors in all weather.
As an assistant, stability and maturity are required, as the work will at times demand patience. It also requires sensitivity, as the role of the assistant alternates between being more passive and more active.
