You contribute to maintaining safety in the institution according to our routines, and documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building secure relationships and help ensure that our youth receive the safety and security they need to break ingrained behaviors. Together with your team of dedicated colleagues, such as treatment pedagogues and treatment coordinators, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change.
