JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Vipekärr Preschool, you will work with children aged 1-5 years. At the preschool, we focus on development and learning, where both the children's and educators' knowledge and experiences are important in daily work. We have great access to a beautiful and educational outdoor environment where we have access to the sea, forests, and playgrounds in our local area. Our new, beautiful facilities are shared with the school, and we have ongoing collaborations. We strive for joyful learning that takes place in meaningful contexts and is based on the children's experiences, interests, and curiosity, where children and adults explore together. We believe you are a conscious educator who wishes to take an active role in the development of the operations and that you want and can meet the children's needs. You also need to be well-versed in the governing documents with pedagogical documentation and thereby see opportunities for children to develop their knowledge-seeking and learning together with others during their time at preschool. All preschool educators in the municipality are part of network groups, where we reflect together on current issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed preschool teacher. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
