CENTRAL STUDENT HEALTH

If you have knowledge in developmental psychology and an interest in creating the best possible conditions for our children's and youth's learning, social development, and health, you will be an asset to us.
Most schools work with a structured student health meeting model, EHM, and being active in that work is a task. We are a student health service that works closely with a focus on promoting and preventive work. Guidance and consultation for educators and school leaders occur, as well as conducting assessments for potential admission to adapted primary school. Temporary training initiatives and crisis management are other examples of tasks you may have with us.
CPS is a municipality-wide approach, and it is Central Student Health that is responsible for professional development. If you are attracted to this approach, you have another reason to apply for this position. Furthermore, we have participated in the Minerva study and have since continued to implement PAX in all schools in the municipality, where Central Student Health is responsible for training teachers in PAX.
The psychology group has regular professional meetings, and you will have daily opportunities to meet one or more colleagues. We have external supervision and continuous exchange of experiences.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be a licensed psychologist with an interest in child and student health work. Further education in supervision methodology and experience working in schools is an advantage. However, the most important thing is your interest, commitment, and joy in working, as well as sharing our values.
You need to have a driver's license and access to a car.
Do you enjoy working independently and have a good ability to plan and organize your work? Are you flexible and find it easy to collaborate with professionals beyond your own, parents, and other external agencies?
