Your Role

As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and engaging platform for users. Your main tasks will include:

• Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with legal regulations and platform guidelines.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards of safety and security within the online community.
• Enhancing content moderation processes and ensuring efficient content management strategies.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to promptly manage and resolve policy violations.
• Meeting and exceeding quality, compliance, and productivity targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Fluent Norwegian or very good Norwegian language skills (C2).
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• The ability to quickly adapt to new software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn, investigate, and proactively tackle challenges.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Availability to work on-site in Thessaloniki and in rotating shifts.
