🔎 Who Are We Looking For?

✔ Fluent Finnish (written and spoken)

✔ Good English skills – as training is conducted in English

✔ Excellent communication skills and a service-minded approach

✔ Basic IT knowledge – comfortable using a computer

✔ Problem-solving mindset & ability to multitask

✔ Ability to work both independently and in a team

✔ Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus (but not required!)
