Sales Associate Wanted at Kappahl Jakobsberg!

This position is a summer temporary job of 20 hours per week, starting by agreement.

As a sales associate in one of our stores, you ensure that a visit with us feels welcoming, safe, and inspiring. A place that customers want to return to. With a warm approach and good initiative, you guide customers to long-lasting purchases and offer a unique customer experience. The goal is to listen, feel, and help them find that new favorite piece that can be used over and over again.

You may have previously worked in service, or have a strong interest in fashion and clothing. You enjoy working in a team with wonderful colleagues and supporting each other to achieve set sales goals.

Much has happened since we started selling coats in a basement nearly 70 years ago. Today, we have nearly 360 stores and are one of the leading fashion chains in the Nordics. But one thing remains the same - our passionate interest in our customers.

Who are you?

• Social, outgoing, and loves meeting people.
• Passionate about sales and service and wants to provide customers with the best shopping experience.
• Loves working in a team and collaborating with others to achieve goals.
• Has strong initiative and takes responsibility in your work.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in retail or service.
• You are 18 years or older.
