Service Planner for a Leading Company in the Fitness and Health Industry

We are now looking for a Service Planner for a well-known company in the fitness and health industry that creates solutions for both businesses and individuals. Our client is a leading player in the Nordic region, offering products and services for training, health, and wellness, with a focus on long-term customer relationships and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Service Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient service management. In this role, you will work closely with service technicians and other internal team members to plan and coordinate service visits, receive and manage customer inquiries, and ensure that all service actions are carried out professionally and efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Providing first line support for equipment, licenses, and services.
• Receiving and distributing customer inquiries in a structured manner.
• Managing and resolving issues related to repairs, maintenance, and relocations.
• Planning and coordinating service visits, including preparations and follow-ups.
• Ensuring that spare parts are available prior to service visits.
• Working with service contracts in our field service management system.
• Participating in projects to improve customer experience and internal processes.
