RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will have a varied workday where you use your creativity and empathy to create meaningful activities. We work with everything from gardening and carpentry to training, crafts, and other activities that contribute to the well-being and development of our users.

In the role of job coach, you will support, motivate, and guide adults with mental disabilities. Some users may face challenges such as self-harming behavior, psychosis, or substance abuse.

You will also coordinate the user's network and participate in network meetings to provide the right support and promote development. Documentation is an important part of the job, and every progress counts.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you find it easy to collaborate, are structured, and have a desire to develop both yourself and the organization. Since you have at least two years of experience working with individuals with mental disabilities within LSS and/or SoL, you are secure and stable in your professional role.

You have a good ability to handle challenging situations calmly and with sensitivity, especially when meeting people with complex issues. Your ability to create an individual-centered approach and focus on the users' needs and goals is crucial. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in daily operations and working with individuals with autism or ADHD. You are used to documenting and have good Swedish in both speech and writing. It is also an advantage if you have a B driver's license. It is meritorious if you have training in motivational interviewing (MI) and pedagogical approaches and methods (PFA).

The administration is divided into a staff unit and five operational areas: elderly care, disability, health and medical care, assistance, and staffing.
