Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work across the organization with particular responsibility for two main tasks.

The first part involves creating a good learning environment for our students, and you will therefore be responsible for developing the operations according to the needs of the principal area and the students. You will not have your own classes but will provide hands-on support in the operations for the practical implementation of IT in the principal area.

The second part of your work is to work strategically with the school management on the digital development of the principal area and the use of digital tools in teaching.

We see that you are confident in taking your own initiatives and decisions to develop the principal area together with the management team towards clearly set goals.

Your Profile

You are an educated ICT educator with documented experience in pedagogical work and work with strategic issues within IT pedagogy.

It is meritorious if you have experience of long-term development work within schools. You also need to have experience in developing digital resources related to teaching and knowledge of the conditions for students' learning.

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, providing service, and meeting the varying knowledge levels of students and teachers. We believe you have an easy time getting a holistic view of the work and can think about development at both the organizational and individual levels. You are driven by development and make things happen, while also placing importance on planning and structuring your work and can clarify it for others.

It is meritorious if you have experience working with safety issues and the development of student surveys and their analysis.
