We are currently looking for a maintenance engineer for a municipality in Stockholm on behalf of our client. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 01-04-2025 and last until 30-06-2025.

About the assignment Work with maintenance contracting in parks with a focus on case management, administration, and follow-up of agreements. Work both in the field and in the office. The expected delivery is to perform tasks assigned by the group leader within the specified time. Other: Start: 01-04-2025 End: 30-06-2025 Scope: 100% Location: Stockholm

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Relevant education in park management or equivalent work experience
• At least two (2) years of experience as a maintenance engineer in park management
• Experience from the contracting side or from the public sector focusing on the operation and maintenance of parks and playgrounds
• Knowledge and experience working in case management systems
• You hold a valid B driver's license

Desired personal qualities:

• You have good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing
• Good experience in independent work and teamwork
• Driven, ambitious with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
