Assistant Property Manager with Administrative Focus

We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Assistant Property Manager with an administrative focus on behalf of SSSB. The position involves a broad and varied role where you will play a key function in the daily property management work!

Our client, Stockholm Student Housing (SSSB), is a foundation established in 1958 by the central organization of Stockholm student unions (SSCO). Just like today, they work with the vision that everyone who invests in their studies should have a home to call their own. Stockholm Student Housing was founded by students who wanted to address the housing shortage in Stockholm. With over 8,500 student apartments in Stockholm, they are the largest in Sweden and continue to build more housing to accommodate even more students.

Main Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks such as reporting, registration, archiving, investigation, and case management.
• Proactive efforts to promote healthy living conditions, such as handling illegal subletting, disturbances, and pest issues.
• Database maintenance in the management's operational system.
• Support the management organization with investigations, planning, and implementation of smaller projects.
• Handling tenant dialogue, processing, and follow-up of customer invoicing.
• Accounting and follow-up of supplier invoices, rent reductions, and payments.

The position will be a consultancy employment via us at StudentConsulting, but you will work together with SSSB at their office in central Stockholm. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High school or post-secondary education.
• Several years of experience in administrative work, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Experience from a service profession.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good system and computer skills.
• Experience working in property management systems, knowledge of FAST 2 is an advantage.
• Experience with supplier and customer accounts receivable and re-invoicing to customers is advantageous.
