Kviberg School F-9 is the school that gives students a good opportunity to act in and influence their future. This means that the school is part of a digitized society with an ever-increasing pace of development. Kviberg School aims to provide the knowledge and secure foundation that students need to develop the skills required by future society. We have two school buildings; Kviberg School F-3 and Kviberg School 4-9. The school is relatively newly built with exciting learning environments designed for flexible and digital learning. Our craft workshops are unique and provide opportunities to work in project form. Wood, textile, and metal workshops are closely connected, which means that we teach in teams of 5 craft teachers for the entire school grades 3-9 with a clear #weworktogether perspective.

We actively work with our vision #SustainableTogether and a clear culture of sharing where we take responsibility for our learning environments and have the student at the center. All based on our golden rule; "We want each other well and make each other good".

You will be part of one of the school's 6 working teams and have mentoring students.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified and authorized primary school teacher in crafts. To apply for the position, it is a requirement that you have a teaching license. You also have good digital competence and are used to working thematically. You always have the student's learning at the center where your approach shows that you have a strong belief that all students do well if they can. You can, want, and allow yourself and others to be part of a collegial learning environment to enhance the quality of teaching for all students, which in turn leads to increased goal fulfillment for the entire school.

Your teaching is characterized by differentiation and student participation. You demonstrate a good ability to improve students' academic results and have a strong interest and commitment to developing teaching. You should enjoy challenges and like to be a pioneer and develop the operation together with us in our fantastic learning environments. You are confident in teaching wood, metal, and textile crafts.

You have the ability to create really good relationships with students, making you and the working team the most powerful tool to maintain both safety and study peace inside and outside the school. Furthermore, you are curious and prepared to work based on the operational idea that has been developed, and you are both brave and unpretentious enough to continue developing it together with us.

To ensure that you, as a new graduate, get the best possible start in your career, you will be part of the Primary School Administration's Teacher Academy introduction for newly graduated teachers. The introduction provides you as a new graduate with a network with other new graduates and targeted activities during your first year as a teacher.
