JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to be part of an engaged communication team that contributes to a safe and educational preschool? We are now looking for a photographer for a temporary position in 2025. You will be employed as a communicator in the department, focusing on photography and film.

At the preschool administration's communication department, we are a team of ten communicators working together to create clear, effective, and value-adding communication. Our role is to support the administration in achieving the preschool's overall goals through well-planned communication efforts, both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who understands the needs of the organization and has the ability to think strategically, while also being skilled at executing practical communication work. You have a sense of and experience in narrating a story with moving images and can adapt films to both target groups and channels.

You can plan productions and tailor communication according to the situation and target audience. As a person, you are creative and contribute new ideas and perspectives. You are curious, engaged, have an easy time collaborating, and contribute to the whole. You are structured in your work and set goals and plan activities proactively. You are quick, productive, and take responsibility for driving the work forward.

During the recruitment process, we will ask you to show work samples.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

a bachelor's or master's degree in communication, journalism, marketing/PR, or equivalent education relevant to the position.
at least two years of experience in professional film production (shooting and editing with video camera and Adobe Premiere Pro)
experience working with programs in Adobe Creative Suite
knowledge of accessibility requirements for film in public administration
experience writing texts in a simple and understandable language in various formats for digital channels
proven ability to work independently and deliver on time
very good language skills, written and spoken in Swedish

It is a merit if you have:

experience working with communication in a larger organization or company
experience leading projects
worked both strategically and operationally with social media
experience in more advanced graphic production and layout
procurement competence in the field of communication
knowledge of languages other than Swedish
