Development Engineer at Jönköping Municipality

Your New Job

• As a development engineer, you will coordinate the organization’s needs for local adaptations and projects in dialogue with the property owner.
• Together with the other development engineer in the department, you will be an important part of the department's larger investment projects, participating in all stages from needs analysis to completion.
• In your role as an expert in property and facility-related issues, you will assist the associations with various consultations.
• Your work will also involve conducting surveys, writing reports, and other forms of documentation.

Your Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator and has an easy time collaborating with various stakeholders.
• You have good knowledge of sports facilities and venues for cultural and recreational activities, as well as an interest in construction projects and urban planning.
• We also expect you to have personal experience in associations and understand their significance.
• You have a suitable academic education with a technical focus, or other education combined with experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• You have at least a few years of experience in similar roles.
• You are accustomed to producing high-quality written documents, such as reports and investigations.
• You hold a valid driver’s license and are proficient in the Office suite. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
