Regional Visual Merchandiser (RVM) at MQ Marqet

We are now looking for a Regional Visual Merchandiser (RVM) for one of our four regions that encompasses 25 stores from Kiruna in the north to Visby in the south. Your location will be Stockholm, Gävle, Uppsala, or Sundsvall, reporting to the Regional Manager (RC) and closely collaborating with your three RVM colleagues, store managers (BC), VM, Selling VM (SVM), and the central VM team at the Head Office in Gothenburg.

As an RVM at MQ Marqet, you will primarily work on coordinating, developing, and project-leading the VM work in stores within given frameworks. This includes window displays, product presentation, and campaigns developed by the concept department. Furthermore, you will work on re-merchandising the store, styling mannequins, and developing VM competence in the region to ensure a visually inspiring and sales-oriented impression in all stores.

Based on MQ's commercial, strategic, conceptual, and visual guidelines, you will work to enhance the visual sales environment, secure mechanical sales, and inspire customers. You will train and develop the visual competence of store staff in a way that inspires and engages while ensuring that campaigns and activities within the region are executed optimally.

Your responsibilities as RVM:

• Optimize mechanical sales in your geographical area through visual merchandising.
• Ongoing analysis and follow-up of sales statistics, relevant key figures, and other specified systems, and based on this, decide on sales-promoting measures with a clear business connection, in consultation with the central VM department at HQ.
• Project manage renovations and new openings.
• Receive information from the central VM department and use it to develop the store concept through continuous dialogue.
• Support store managers in recruiting SVMs and RC in VM recruitments by making selections, conducting second interviews, and being responsible for evaluating work samples.
• Be responsible for developing and training BC, VM, and SVM in the regions.
• Act as the central VM department's extended arm in-store and participate in supporting and developing the store concept.
• Continuously ensure that the stores' layout in terms of decor, signage, and lighting always adheres to MQ Marqet's store concept.
• Ensure continuous and documented follow-up of the VM work.
• Inspire, motivate, develop, and provide feedback to BC regarding both the individual store and projects.
• If necessary, participate in other visual projects within the company.

You have relevant education for the role and several years of experience in a similar position within retail and fashion. As a person, you are genuinely interested and updated in fashion and trends, and you are outgoing and communicative as the role demands high collaboration and relationship-building skills both internally and externally. You contribute with curiosity to test new methods, innovative and creative thinking, and the ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and working methods.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial 6-month probation period. Start date by agreement. The location is Stockholm, Gävle, Uppsala, or Sundsvall.
