Job Responsibilities
You will work with managing and controlling the melting process. This means you will work independently and take responsibility for your work area, but you will also have a varied job as help is often needed in other areas. For example, you will assist in production during casting, and forklift driving will occur.

Formal Qualifications
• Technical vocational education or work experience
• Speak and write Swedish
• Good mathematical skills
• Computer literacy
• Driver's license
• Experience in melting/furnace work is an advantage
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Overhead crane license is an advantage
• Experience in foundry work is an advantage

Your Background
We prefer candidates with an education in technical workshop or experience working in manufacturing. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with melting/furnace work or have experience working in a foundry.

Personal Qualities
As a person, you are self-driven and able to make your own decisions. You are a problem solver and good at seeing the big picture. You are technically interested and have good computer skills. You are flexible and able to work physically in a somewhat challenging work environment. You have an understanding of machinery, a technical interest, and are meticulous.
