We are looking for you who want to work at KLS in Kalmar. We are seeking both staff for pig butchering and for packaging. The employment is primarily during the summer weeks 26-33, but there may be a possibility for extension.

The work in packaging involves packing various meat cuts into boxes and trays. You also need to be able to follow different orders. The work is carried out in a cool environment. It is an advantage if you have a forklift license.

The work in pig butchering includes some heavy lifting and also takes place in a cool environment. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in butchering as well as an interest in charcuterie and the production of charcuterie products.

If you do not already have the required skills, you can take a training course to be able to work at KLS. To be eligible to apply for the training, you must be unemployed and registered with the Employment Agency and meet the conditions to participate in labor market policy programs after an assessment. Good reading and writing skills in Swedish are a requirement to benefit from the training and meet the demands of the job. The training will start on April 14.
