As a Hardware Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations in Sweden are completed within the timelines specified in the project plan. In addition to installation activities, you will also be responsible for managing the Hardware KPIs for all existing and new sites to ensure 99% hardware uptime for customers.

● Responsible for coordination of Installation and Commissioning activities at new sites.

● Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to obtain quotes for installation activities such as barcode marking, MSUs/MXUs assemblies, PPS (pick put station) assemblies, charger assemblies, etc.

● Audit the site to ensure that site requirements are met regarding floor layout, WiFi, Ranger induction, barcode validation, etc.

● Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure that all installation activities are progressing according to the project plan timelines.

● Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure that materials are received on site as per the required BOM, highlight shortages, and ensure that all assembly documents, SOPs, and drawings are available for assembly.

● Work with the respective site project manager to provide updates on the overall installation progress as per plan.

● Ensure that all relevant site-specific technical documentation as well as documentation regarding new product lines/or features are accurately captured from sites and shared within the team.

● Responsible for creating and monitoring hardware components across sites.

● Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.

● Deliver periodic maintenance services.

● Achievement, measurement, and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives.

● Report near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvement.

● Work at customer sites to implement hardware ECNs (which include addition, removal, or modification of HW) on the products.

● Coordinate with the HW support team for Firmware deployments in the GO products at customer sites.

● Remain available as needed for crisis management (after-hours work occasionally required).

● Willingness to travel and work extended hours on a need basis.

● Follow all SOPs and deploy the products as per specifications and within the stipulated timelines.

● Follow all commissioning procedures post-installation and accurately record detailed commissioning results.

● Follow the handover process post-commissioning to transfer ownership to the Client Service team.

● Assist in the signing of the commissioning certificate by the Client post-handover, ensuring handover completion and closure of any open issues.

● Maintain detailed records of installation & commissioning activities and provide feedback to all internal stakeholders for continuous improvement through the I&C Manager.

● Always follow all safety standards and guidelines as per EHS during site installation & commissioning.

● Provide a basic level of training to Technicians and Customers as required.
