About the role
As a Life Cycle Information Specialist with us, you will be an important part of our team and play a central role in coordinating activities related to Life Cycle Information, Asset Information Management, and Data Quality within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction sectors. Your main responsibility is to support project execution and ensure effective AIM coordination throughout all project phases, from procurement to final handover to the client. You will work closely with the BIM team to ensure structured and collaborative management and integration of data into various client systems and documentation systems.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all relevant parties in the project have a good understanding of the client's AIM requirements and can follow them effectively. You will also provide advice and support to the project team on documentation requirements and work together with other departments on a global level to ensure that these requirements are met in the project's IT applications.

Your tasks also include maintaining internal quality control on documentation, providing training on the AIM strategy to the project team, and ensuring that documentation is accurate and timely reviewed. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the AIM strategy to keep it relevant for both clients and the market.

We are looking for someone with…
• Education in mechanics/construction/electrical engineering or similar at least at university level
• English proficiency in both spoken and written
• Experience working in projects

Preferred qualifications for the position include experience in:
• SQL
• Information management
• Previous experience in project management
