Your role and responsibilities

ABB is a global technology leader driving the transition to a more sustainable future. We are now looking for an engaged Power Platform Developer to join our team in Västerås. Here, you will work with the latest technology to create innovative solutions that strengthen our business and our customers.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in developing business applications, data automations, and other value-adding software projects using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with our stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into technical solutions, focusing on Power Platform and Azure services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and build applications, data solutions, and automations using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Work with data integrations, code maintenance, and further development of existing features.
• Explore and propose new solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including AI-driven services in Azure.
• Ensure that development follows best practices and meets security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of software development experience, with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including .NET and Azure services.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing, and agile methodologies.
• Interest in AI/ML, with experience in Azure AI as a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
