What will you do with us?
We are looking for a driven and methodical KMA Manager with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of regulations and standards within quality, environment, and occupational health and safety (KMA). In the role of KMA Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring that our projects and processes comply with applicable legislation, industry requirements, project-level requirements, and internal guidelines. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving our routines, supporting documents, and quality standards, while also serving as an important support function for the entire organization. With your expertise, you will create structure, clarity, and compliance in both strategic and operational KMA matters.
The position is based either at our headquarters in Yngsjö or at the local office in Lund. Travel may be required.
As a KMA Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that the organization operates according to applicable routines, laws, and requirements within KMA.
Updating and maintaining templates, supporting documents, and internal guidelines in Swedish and English.
Supporting projects operationally and strategically in the development of KMA documents, such as KMA plans, self-checks, and risk assessments.
Monitoring and ensuring that design and construction are carried out according to quality standards and legal requirements.
Keeping abreast of and informing the organization about new laws, regulations, and requirements in the KMA area.
Continuously working with ISO certifications, incident reporting, and chemical management.
Coordinating CE marking and interpreting client and contractor requirements.
Conducting self-checks, safety rounds, and environmental inspections on site.
Assisting in the procurement and contracting of subcontractors, both domestic and foreign.
Participating in all phases of the project, from tender to final inspection, and being the contact person for KMA matters.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Experience in a similar role within construction, industry, civil engineering, or another process industry. Experience in a similar role within the water sector is an advantage.
Education in KMA coordination or another equivalent coordination education is an advantage.
Education and/or deep knowledge of legislation regarding quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, and ISO certification.
Strong communication skills to create clarity and consensus among clients, employees, and stakeholders.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to act quickly and effectively in the face of challenges.
You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and thrive in a coordinating and operational role.

Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required.
