A-Staffing is now looking for a site manager, initially for a team of electricians for projects in Västerås. At A-Staffing, we have been providing skilled labor to the installation industry for over 10 years. We are members of the Installers' Companies and hire under the Installation Agreement.

Job Description

As a site manager, you will be responsible for leading and distributing the daily work for the client's electricians on the project. You play a crucial role in driving the business forward. As a site manager, you support the electricians with your knowledge and ensure that the right materials and equipment are in place, as well as prepare work plans and invoicing documentation.

In this role, you need to be able to speak and write in both Swedish and English.

Experience

We are looking for someone with completed training as an electrician and experience in the role of leading installer or site manager within installation and/or service. Alternatively, we are looking for someone with at least five years of professional experience as an electrician, who is ready for the next step in their career. Having general authorization is, of course, an advantage. A valid driver's license (B) and a personal vehicle are required for this position.

Personal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility who is attentive and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This requires you to be communicative. For the role, you also need to enjoy and have a talent for motivating and leading others. You should also be structured and meticulous in your work.
