Björkmans Bil in Erikslund, Västerås is growing and is now looking for additional reinforcement for one of Sweden's best Kia service teams. We are currently seeking a Diagnostic Technician for one of Sweden's most modern Kia facilities. We are looking for someone who wants to work with the latest electrical technology in state-of-the-art premises. Job Responsibilities

As a diagnostic technician, you will perform and diagnose service and repairs. You will work with everything from troubleshooting to programming with the latest electrical technology. You will also get to work with basic maintenance tasks from Kia's wide range of services, such as Kia Original Service, brake replacement, engine service, wheel alignments, and warranty measures.

Kia is one of the world's leading car brands and has cars that are at the forefront of both technology and innovation. Therefore, you will be offered continuous training to keep up with the rapid technological development, so you can continue to develop in your role.

Qualifications

The position requires that you have a vehicle technology education or equivalent, as well as several years of experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic/Diagnostic Technician. If you have previously worked with Kia, it is highly meritorious. Since much of the work is done via computer, knowledge in this area is required. Being able to speak and write fluently in Swedish and having a B driver's license is a requirement.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous. You can independently take responsibility for your own tasks, but are also not afraid to step in where needed. You are outgoing, have a strong work ethic, and look forward to being part of one of Sweden's leading Kia service teams.
