About us: At Heat, our love for good food and service is our greatest passion! We offer our guests well-prepared meals and a personal touch. Our focus is on lunches made from scratch in our own kitchens, but we also work with catering of all kinds for businesses and private individuals in our local areas. We always strive to ensure that guests have a great experience at Heat, and therefore our friendly and knowledgeable staff is an important part of the concept. Our menus are centrally planned, and based on recipes, we can maintain Heat's quality and heart. Of course, we have collective agreements and offer wellness benefits and discounts on our products! We are currently established with a total of 28 restaurants in Malmö, Stockholm, Uppsala, Västerås, Örebro, Gävle, Sandviken, Sundsvall, Östersund, and Umeå. About the position: Being a restaurant employee with us means variety and at times a fast pace. You will meet our guests in the dining area and at the cash register, take care of our cold and hot buffets, and ensure they are tidy, replenished, and clean. Everyone in the team helps to give our guests their best moment of the day. The position is 75% daytime on a rolling schedule with work every other weekend.

About you: You have some previous experience in a fast food chain, restaurant, or café. As a person, you are social, positive, solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoy working in a team. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
