JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a site manager at Infranord, you play a key role in driving our projects towards set goals, in a safe and qualitative manner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the project work, which includes calculation, planning, execution, follow-up, improvement, and closure.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and organizing all phases of the project from start to finish and ensuring deadlines are met
• Analyzing and solving problems that arise during the work process in an effective and safe manner
• Identifying, analyzing, and managing risks to minimize potential issues
• Using your technical knowledge to understand and manage specific aspects of the project

You will work under the direction of the Site Manager, who is also your immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant education, preferably with a technical focus, and experience in leadership/project management. Experience in contract work within the construction industry, especially related to railways, is desirable.

You work in a structured manner and are accustomed to planning, executing, following up, and delivering according to set goals and timelines. You have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with others, as the work is carried out in close cooperation with your colleagues. Business acumen, flexibility, and service ability are prerequisites for delivering to our customers.

Work tasks in the railway sector require you to be attentive and meticulous, with a strong focus on safety. Good computer skills/administrative ability and the ability to understand new data systems are essential for success in this role, as tasks such as follow-up, reporting, material ordering, and control documentation in various data systems are included.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Post-secondary education
• Professional experience in contracting within the railway/construction industry
• Experience in leadership
• Training in technical safety management/commissioning, BAM, SoS planner, or other railway technical qualifications.

Work outside regular office hours may occur, and we work in various locations along the railway, so travel may be required. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position. On-call duty may also be required.
