About the job as a project manager in Real Estate:

As a project manager at Jefferson Wells, placed with our client in Ludvika, you will play a key role in driving and executing real estate projects. You are responsible for the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion and ensuring that projects meet the client's requirements for quality, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to create effective and sustainable real estate solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead real estate projects from planning to execution.
• Ensure that projects stay within budget and timelines, and that quality and safety requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the client's business goals.
• Manage contracts, financial tracking, and resource utilization.
• Identify and manage risks and implement measures to resolve any issues.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to optimize workflows and project deliveries.

Who we are looking for:

To succeed in the role of project manager in Real Estate, we see that you have solid experience in project management within real estate development, construction, or facility management. You have a strategic understanding of real estate projects and the ability to drive projects to completion through good planning and communication.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Senior Project Manager certification (PMP®, IPMA Level B/C) or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of project management experience in property management or construction projects.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant technical education. Alternatively, a technical education and 10-15 years of experience in the field.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience in financial tracking and budget management.
• The ability to lead complex projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Experience in construction projects and facility management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and structured working methods.
