Boss Business Partner is a recruitment and staffing company located in Mora. We offer our clients interim solutions and the opportunity to hire consultants within the white-collar sector. The demand for our services is increasing, and we are now looking for you who want to work as a consultant or are interested in services with one of our clients.

We are looking for individuals with experience in:

• Construction and civil engineering - project manager, site manager, or business developer
• Finance - finance assistant, controller, financial manager, chief accountant, accounting
• Marketing - digital marketer or manager
• Industry - site manager or other leadership positions
• Sustainability - strategist, coordinator, and controller
• HR - administrator, generalist, occupational health and labor law specialist
• Procurement - assistant, strategic or operational buyer

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a changing environment and has the ability to quickly adapt to new contexts. As a consultant with us, it is important that you are flexible and can quickly find your place in different companies and organizations. You have a natural ability to communicate and collaborate with various types of people and feel confident in contributing your expertise regardless of the industry or the nature of the assignment.

We see that you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and enjoy taking on new challenges. With your drive and professional attitude, you contribute to ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions for their needs. Previous experience in consulting assignments is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to develop in the role.
