About the position
We are looking for a skilled baker with pastry skills, preferably with experience from the hotel industry. Here, we work with carefully selected ingredients and seasonal produce to create bread and pastries that reflect Swedish, Sami, and Tornedalian culinary traditions. You will have a great opportunity to be creative and put your own stamp on the products you deliver. We strive to minimize our carbon footprint by using organic, locally sourced ingredients and sustainable working methods.

Your tasks will include baking both bread and pastries for the restaurant, conferences, and events. There will also be catering and special orders such as weddings and anniversaries. You will be part of our kitchen team, working together to ensure we achieve the high goals and visions Camp Ripan has for its kitchen. You have good organizational skills and can plan your work according to the needs of the business.

We expect that you have previous experience in baking/pastry (preferably within the hotel industry), you speak Swedish and English, are flexible and solution-oriented, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. As a person, you are creative and appreciate the challenge of working with local and sustainably produced ingredients, and you contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
