Are you an experienced welder looking for a new assignment? Do you want to work in a welding-intensive and family-oriented production at a small company outside Uppsala? If so, this could be the assignment for you. We are looking for a handy and experienced welding robot operator for our client Zetterbergs in Östervåla, just outside Uppsala. Responsibilities

To succeed and thrive with us at Randstad in the assignment at Zetterbergs, we see that you have a welding education or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. If you have a forklift and/or overhead crane license and experience with the business system Monitor, we see that as a plus. Familiarity with programming is also advantageous. It is strongly meritorious if you have experience as a welding robot operator and with RobotStudio. 

As a person, you are positive, quality-conscious, and meticulous. It is natural for you to be a team player, and you find it easy to collaborate with colleagues. You take responsibility for your tasks and are committed to doing a good job. Furthermore, you are a problem solver who enjoys facing new challenges. You should also be interested in improvement work and are warmly welcome to contribute to the development of the work. The work will initially be conducted during the day and then shift to a 2-shift schedule, and it is preferable that you live in the area or are willing to relocate to Östervåla/Uppsala considering the shift work.

·        As a welding robot operator, you will manage and monitor the welding robot, with programming and some manual welding included.

·        Reading blueprints and quality control 

·        Working with various metal materials and welding equipment

Qualifications

As a welder or welding robot operator at Zetterbergs, you will work in the manufacturing department. Here, since 1923, superstructures for trucks have been produced, focusing on construction driving. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations and ensure that production maintains high quality from start to finish.
