About the role

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen visual identities for clients and brands
• Create visual concepts and design materials for both digital and print media
• Design marketing materials such as ads, brochures, social media posts, presentation materials, and web design
• Work with typography, color schemes, and layouts to ensure a consistent and professional design
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creatives in the team
• Ensure that all materials adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for the right channel
• Manage and optimize workflows in the design process, from idea to final production

About you

We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and full of energy! To succeed in this role, we see that you are creative and full of ideas with a strong visual sense. As a person, you are structured and meticulous, with an eye for detail. We see that you are solution-oriented and self-driven while enjoying teamwork. You have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. It is important that you are curious and up-to-date on trends in design and communication.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably from an agency or in-house team
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, preferably also After Effects or Premiere Pro)

• The ability to work with both print and digital media
• Good sense of color, form, and typography
• Experience in creating designs for social media, digital ads, and campaigns
• Understanding of brand building and storytelling through visual communication

Meritorious:

• Experience in digital design, UX/UI, and web design
• Experience in motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with design tools like Figma/Sketch
• Photography and image editing

Start: Immediately, by agreement Extent: Full-time, working hours scheduled Monday to Friday with great flexibility regarding working hours Location: Örebro, Borgmästargatan 14, some possibility for remote work Salary & benefits: Fixed monthly salary and gym membership
