About the role

As a Product Manager at Spintr, you are a central part of our product development. You take ideas from concept to finished solution and ensure that we build a product that creates real value for our customers. You work closely with our Head of Product/CEO & founder, as well as a tight team within design, development, and customer experience, where you have the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution.

The role requires a combination of creativity, structure, and problem-solving. You are the one who sees opportunities, navigates challenges, and drives product development forward. With a mix of strategic thinking and operational execution, you ensure that our products are at the forefront and meet market needs.

In this role, you will quickly take responsibility, make your own decisions, and translate customer insights into smart solutions – all in a dynamic, intelligent, and innovative environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Development of wireframes and design. Create and iterate solutions for new features and improvements together with design agencies.
• Planning and prioritization. Work closely with our CTO and development team to keep our development projects on track and focus on the right areas.
• A certain degree of testing. Ensure that features are user-friendly and work according to your thoughts and plans before launch.
• Communication. Share information about new solutions both internally and externally, so that everyone understands the value of the changes.
• Translate insights from customers. Work with customer feedback to identify needs and development opportunities.

You will collaborate with:

• Our development team - Daily and weekly check-ins to follow up on projects and solve problems and questions in development.
• Our CX team - To understand customer and user needs and feedback.
• Our design agencies - To create finished concepts and design solutions based on wireframes.
• Directly with customers - Through dialogue and insights, you develop the product to create real value for the customer and employee.

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are:

• Communicative - You collaborate effectively with teams and can clearly explain solutions to customers and colleagues.
• Solution-oriented - You are used to navigating challenges and finding ways forward.
• Organized - You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize to deliver on time.

We believe you have:

• Experience with Figma and Jira or similar development tools.
• The ability to understand system development at a basic level and technical solutions to collaborate with our development team.
• Experience communicating effectively with both development teams and customer-facing employees.
• Experience managing projects or collaborating in teams is desirable.

A typical week for you:

You will work on developing new ideas, participate in daily check-ins with the development team, and collaborate with our design agencies. In addition, you are expected to gather and translate feedback from customers and work closely with other teams to drive product development forward. A certain amount of testing of newly developed features will also be part of your daily routine.
