About us:

AuraDent aligner center is soon opening its doors at Malmö's prime location, on the pedestrian street next to Triangeln. Our clinic welcomes patients into a spacious 330 sqm clinic with 10 treatment rooms, a large waiting area, OPG, and ample staff spaces. As our name suggests, we focus heavily on orthodontics, particularly Invisalign. In a short time, we have become a leading Invisalign provider and offer treatments with the Comprehensive system to ensure the best possible care and results for our patients. We also provide general dentistry, emergency care, and implant surgery.

We are now looking for a team of 2 dental nurses and a dentist to start the clinic with.

Who are we looking for and what can we offer you?

We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in general dentistry who feels confident in their role as a dental nurse and in patient interactions. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with aligners. For us, professional development is an important part of our operations for all team members, and we therefore see that you are comfortable working delegated with your team members. Your professional development is also high on our list, and there are opportunities for courses and certifications on an ongoing basis. It is important for us that all employees have a voice, are heard regarding thoughts and ideas, and feel included. The patient experience is A & O for us, and we always strive to provide the extra care that patients miss from other dental providers. Therefore, we see that you should be very service-oriented, humble, and empathetic. We are a growing business in a development phase, so there is room to influence and be involved in the development of the business. As a dental nurse, we see that you should be responsible, meticulous, and flexible.

In addition to the above competencies, we also see that you:

· Have a Swedish dental nurse degree

· At least 1 year of experience

· Master Swedish and English both spoken and written

· Advantageous if you have worked with aesthetic dentistry before

· Advantageous if you have worked with aligners

· Advantageous if you have experience in surgical routines

Employment type and start date

We offer a full-time position (100%). We are continuously working with the selection process, with hiring according to agreement, but as early as 19/5.
