About us:

AuraDent aligner center is soon opening its doors at Malmö's best address, on the pedestrian street next to Triangeln. Our clinic welcomes patients into a large and airy clinic of 330 sqm with 10 treatment rooms, a spacious waiting area, OPG, and large staff areas. As our name suggests, we focus heavily on orthodontics, especially Invisalign. In a short time, we have become a leading Invisalign provider and offer treatments with the Comprehensive system to provide the best possible care and results for our patients. We also offer general dentistry, emergency care, and implant surgery.

We are now looking for a team of 2-3 dentists and nurses to start the clinic with.

Who are we looking for and what can we offer you?

We are looking for someone with a passionate interest in orthodontics and aligners who wants to grow in the field. You should also have a good foundation in general dentistry and feel confident in your role as a dentist and in patient interactions. It is a merit if you are Invisalign certified or have worked with other aligner systems before. For us, competence development is an important part of our operations for all team members, and we therefore see that you are comfortable working delegated with your team members and involve them in daily patient interactions. Your competence development is also high on our list, and there are opportunities for courses and certifications continuously. It is important for us that all employees have space, are heard for their thoughts and ideas, and feel included. The patient experience is A & O for us, and we always strive to give patients that extra care that they miss from other dental providers. Therefore, we see that you should be very service-oriented, humble, and empathetic. We are a growing business in a development phase, and there is therefore room to influence and be involved in the development of the business. As a dentist, we see that you should be responsible, meticulous, and confident in your dental role.

In addition to the above competencies, we also see that you:

· Have a Swedish dental license

· At least two years of experience

· Master Swedish and English both spoken and written

· It is a merit if you have worked with aesthetic dentistry before

· It is a merit if you are Invisalign certified/have worked with aligners

It is a merit if you perform and have experience in implant surgery

Employment form and start date

We offer a full-time position (100%). We are continuously working with the selection, with placement by agreement, but as early as 19/5.
