Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will be a key person in the technical deliveries within our client's projects. You will work closely with the project manager and act as the technical spider in the web by compiling and managing technical requirements and ensuring that the project's directives are followed. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and systems engineering teams.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will make decisions about technical solutions, functionality, and working methods to ensure a successful delivery. You will also anchor decisions within the organization and be an important part of the development work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure technical deliveries in projects.
• Collaborate with the project manager to manage technical requirements and solutions.
• Coordinate work between the customer, suppliers, and internal development teams.
• Make decisions about technical solutions, working methods, and system functionality.
• Work with requirements specification and follow-up on technical directives.
• Ensure that the project meets safety requirements and relevant standards.

Basic Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

• Relevant academic education and several years of experience in technical projects.
• Strong leadership skills and experience working in complex project environments.
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Experience and knowledge of System Engineering processes.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems and see connections between different systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in defense or other critical societal operations.
• Experience in IT development, system management, and project follow-up.
• Knowledge of security protection work, security analyses, and risk analyses.
• Experience in information security and relevant standards.
