About the position:

Hotel Park Allé is a smaller hotel located in central Kristianstad, just a few minutes' walk from the Travel Center. Park Allé is a classic hotel that has welcomed guests since 1936. The hotel is independent from a chain but is part of the hotel group GCCH.

Job responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include standard reception tasks such as check-in and check-out. You will answer the phone, make bookings, process payments, and similar tasks. The reception also cleans hotel rooms and manages the breakfast buffet, as the hotel only has 20 rooms.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented with a great passion for service and who above all has a positive and professional attitude towards our guests.

You should be flexible, enjoy working in a team while also being able to work independently, as you often work alone in the reception. You should also enjoy keeping your surroundings clean and tidy.
