We are soon entering our fifth season in Kivik!

At Tryffelsvinet, you will find what we love to eat and cook. The Italian kitchen is at the core, the elongated country where the food culture can vary greatly from region to region.

We want Tryffelsvinet to be a place where everyone feels welcome! We keep it simple and delicious with bold flavors, good ingredients, and a focus on details and family-like service.

A familiar, personal, genuine, and cheerful atmosphere among the staff is a given for us. We give so much of ourselves and our awake time. You should enjoy going to work.

If you feel that this is just as important to you, have worked in a la carte service for at least 1 year, and have a genuine interest in food and drink and the desire to learn, then this is something for you.

If you have not previously worked with Italian food or Italian wines, be prepared for a bit of "studying". Something we find enjoyable, and as long as you have the willingness and interest, it will go splendidly.

Open day and night six days a week during the high season. We are looking for staff starting in May/June, full-time with a varying schedule focusing on evenings and weekends.

If you want to work extra during the low season, there is always an opportunity as we are open 9 months a year and we have a newly opened sister restaurant in Ystad.
