We are looking for you who want to give our customers the best start with their new access systems!
Location: In this role, you will primarily work with customers in the Mälardalen region, so you should live in central Sweden. We have an office in Västerås, but there is an option to work from home.
StepLock is one of Sweden's most successful companies in the security industry. We manufacture and produce products that ideally should not be noticed, but which serve an important function in everyday life – electric locks and access systems. Every day, our products ensure safety, security, and accessibility throughout society.
StepLock Access is a subsidiary of StepLock. Here we develop and manufacture a modern cloud-based access system, ensuring that our customers receive first-class service and support.
We are currently in a very exciting and expansive phase and are now looking for a Customer Success Specialist. The CS has an important role within the company with responsibility for both existing and potential customer relationships as well as deliveries. CS meets with customers and finds out their needs. In the role of CS, you need to have knowledge and experience in project management; the job includes support, problem-solving, building relationships with new customers, needs analysis, and upselling.

Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring that our salespeople within access receive good support in sales and that our
resellers receive the support they need during installation processes and commissioning.
Other tasks include:
Onboarding new resellers/installers
Project planning together with the installer
Onsite during installation
Onsite support during problems
Support during system activation
Support during administration
Technical expert at trade shows
Involved in creating accurate documentation for the Swedish market.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with solid experience in the installation and commissioning of access systems. You are a social and structured person with a solution-focused attitude and a genuine interest in customer care.
The position includes a number of travel days with possible overnight stays as technical training at the reseller's location is part of the job. A driver's license (B) is therefore a requirement.
