About the position:

Our client is looking for an engaged internal sales representative who, together with their team, will become an expert in delivering competitive offers of products and solutions. The role involves handling technical and pricing inquiries, bids and orders, as well as working directly with customers and supporting external sales representatives.

As an internal sales representative, you ensure that quotes and bids are prepared in a timely and correct manner through close collaboration with relevant parties. Together with the team, you deliver effective quote and order-related solutions to ensure a smooth and professional sales process.

To contribute to strong and long-term customer relationships, you will continuously follow up, ensuring high customer satisfaction and delivery reliability. Contact with customers primarily occurs via phone and email, but you will also have the opportunity to accompany external sales representatives on customer visits to strengthen cooperation and customer relations.

In addition, you actively contribute to developing and improving work routines and processes to create an even more efficient sales organization.

About the role:

• Offer and schedule service work.
• Be the contact person for the customer during the execution of service assignments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure continuous and clear communication with the customer.
• Handle customer requirements and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Organize and coordinate tasks within projects.
• Be responsible for all service administration.
• Coordinate the work for your colleagues, Field Service Engineers.
• This means providing necessary information, documents, and materials for the service work, both before and during execution.

• ✔You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and tasks.
• ✔We prefer that you have a post-secondary technical education, but the most important thing is that you have broad general technical knowledge and good technical understanding.
• ✔As a person, you are a solution- and goal-oriented team player who, with a structured approach, has the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and deadlines.
• ✔You are good at communicating and express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
• ✔You take full responsibility for your customer cases, from quote to delivery.
• ✔Travel in the job may occur.
