We at WorkShop are now looking for a Store Manager for our new store concept Gaston in Västerås! The brand you will be working with is a major player in the market that wants to increase its focus on pets. Are you a driven leader who is passionate about creating world-class customer experiences? About the role:

As a Store Manager, you will work together with and through a strong team to achieve good results. You will be supported by a leading brand in its segment. Your main task will be to lead and drive the store, thereby ensuring a high customer experience and strong sales. You will be responsible for the store salespeople as well as simpler administrative tasks such as scheduling and sales reporting. To give you the best possible conditions for success, we offer training in sales, service, and presentation techniques. The position also includes:

• Personnel and result responsibility for the store
• Responsibility for ensuring the store is attractive and sales-oriented
• Responsibility for customer satisfaction
• Development of employees in their roles
• Store maintenance, upkeep, unpacking, restocking, and sales

About you:

As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and like to take your own initiatives. You are an inspiring leader who is passionate about developing together with your team. You are detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy order and tidiness. You are also outgoing, positive, and love meeting new people. You thrive both in group work and working alone, and are perceived as a social genius in most contexts. In addition, we would like you to have a strong interest in pets and retail. We also see that you:

• Have good leadership experience as a store manager
• Have experience in service and sales
• Have previous experience in selling pet products
• It is an advantage if you have experience in nail trimming
• Are flexible and solution-oriented
• Are driven and results-oriented
• Are clear and can communicate goals & vision in an inspiring way
• Have good language skills in Swedish and English
• Have basic IT skills

Workplace: Västerås Start: As soon as possible Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period Employment time: Full-time, evening and weekend work may occur
