Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Uppsala, Sweden (onsite)



Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support and enhance our engineering operations. You'll be involved in implementing plans, improving processes, and collaborating on innovative projects that drive our operations forward.



Key Responsibilities

* Implement engineering plans and programs to support operational activities across various engineering functions.
* Track and align engineering activities to enhance processes, modify existing systems, and develop effective testing procedures.
* Execute engineering processes and policies, focusing on the development of new products and improvement of existing ones.
* Analyze technology trends and ensure successful deployment of engineering plans while adhering to quality, cost, and safety standards.
* Collaborate to assess engineering feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for products and processes.
* Participate in field-testing products, processes, and systems to ensure reliability and performance.
* Maintain and improve equipment by troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring operational efficiency.



Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience/qualification.
* Some experience, with a passion for hands-on engineering tasks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and engineering trends.
