As Nordic Sales Manager, you will lead sales initiatives across the Nordic region, focusing on driving growth and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders in clinical diagnostics.You’ll work closely with a skilled, agile team of Sales Managers and Field Application Scientists, all dedicated to advancing Devyser’s position as a leading partner in clinical diagnostics.
Today, our portfolio includes around 25 registered IVD products, usedin over 45 countries, enabling them to improve productivity and deliver reliable, repeatable results. You will be responsible for the whole product portfolio and work throughout the whole sales cycle.
Duties & Responsibilities
- New Customer Acquisition & Account Management
- Identify and target potential customers through market analysis, networking, and research.
- Conduct sales and product presentations to secure new business opportunities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers.
- Partnership Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and existing partners.
- Represent Devyser at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Support product management with market assessments and competitor analysis.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
You will work remout and can be located in Sweden, Denmark, Finland or in Norway.
The CandidateWe’re looking for a driven and goal-oriented sales professional with a strong technical background in NGSand preferably experience from driving sales in clinical diagnostics.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of independently planning their time and activities to meet ambitious goals.
Required Competence & Background:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Medical Bioscience, or related field).
- 4–10 years of experience in sales of NGS or PCR products (RUO or IVDR).
- Strong understanding of the Nordic market.
- Technical knowledge of PCR and NGS technologies.Laboratory experience with Sanger sequencing or NGS is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Swedish is meritorious.
- Strong self-leadership with excellent time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- A natural relationship builder who inspires trust.
- A proactive, "go-getter" attitude with a passion for winning.
