Apoteket Östra Storgatan is located in the heart of central Jönköping. This central location means many varied customer meetings – and a workday characterized by both pace and collaboration. Working hours for this position fall within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00–18:00, Saturdays 10:00–15:00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for all who visit us. In this role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

Here, you also help develop our working methods to enhance the customer experience. There is also an opportunity for a developmental role as product manager at the pharmacy.

• Provide professional counseling and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our range and campaigns to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you must be a licensed pharmacist or pharmaceutical chemist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicine.

• You have experience working with prescription dispensing and customer meetings.
