About the role

As Customer Center Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the customer center. You are responsible for sales, customer relations, personnel, and results, while ensuring that customers receive a top-class service experience.

In this role, you work closely with both customers and employees, becoming a key figure in creating a customer center where people thrive, develop, and succeed together.

The position is a permanent full-time (100%) employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date to be agreed upon after the summer.

• Your main responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop the employees at the customer center.
• Drive sales and develop both new and existing customer relationships.
• Be responsible for budget, results, and business monitoring.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and a first-class customer experience.
• Work actively with local market processing and business development.
• Monitor key figures and implement improvement measures to increase profitability.
• Ensure that operations are conducted according to current safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Be responsible for planning, staffing, and the daily operations of the customer center.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in leadership and personnel responsibility.
• Have documented experience in sales and customer processing.
• Have good business understanding and experience with budget and result responsibility.
• Thrive in a role where you combine operational work with strategic thinking.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Are comfortable with systems and have experience working in business systems.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Experience from the construction, industrial, or rental industry is an advantage.
