On December 10, we will open our new pharmacy in Ingelsta Shopping, and we are looking for you who want to be part of the journey from the very beginning. Here you will become part of a completely new team and have the opportunity to help build the operations from the ground up. The pharmacy will have six employees and be one of our larger pharmacies, where collaboration, engagement, and customer meetings are at the center. Working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00-20:00, Saturdays 10:00-18:00, Sundays 10:00-18:00.

Our self-care advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting. Here you become part of a completely new pharmacy where you are expected to contribute with suggestions and solutions for our operations.

• Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Inform about the correct use of over-the-counter medicines.
• Follow guidelines for safe self-care advice.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep up to date with our range and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the working day and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be trained as a self-care advisor or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care.

• You have a few years of experience working in a pharmacy.
• You have a particular interest in self-care.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see every customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contributing positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in a context where structure and results go hand in hand.

It is meritorious if you have training in prescription handling support as well as experience working with prescription dispensing and mentoring students.
