Öregrunds Primary Health Care Centre is a small clinic with only 22 employees. The centre has long been publicly run, but since 2010 it has been part of Praktikertjänst. We are fully staffed across all professions and have very low staff turnover. We are known for being flexible and accommodating towards our patients as well as our employees. We are keen to maintain a good working environment to ensure the well-being and health of our staff. In this way, we can offer our registered patients the best possible care.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Nurse and a District Nurse on a temporary basis, who are attracted by the opportunity to help drive the primary care of the future together with us. Work is offered on an hourly basis for acute absences or more planned hours, both for single days and preferably for longer periods.

In the role of District Nurse and Nurse with us, we offer you a fun and stimulating job that is varied and eventful, where you get the chance to contribute to developing primary care close to the patient. The position involves varied tasks with opportunities for personal competence development. The workplace is positive and developmental with a clear patient focus. With us, you will work with your own clinic, digital cases, and telephone advice. If you are a District Nurse, BVC (Child Health Centre) clinic duties may also be included.

The current distribution of roles within the nursing team is today 2.0 District Nurse, 4.4 Nurse, and 0.8 Assistant Nurse.

Qualifications

We are looking for both you who are trained as a Nurse or District Nurse and who have experience working independently at a primary health care centre. You are accustomed to working independently, are secure in your professional role, and are interested in providing high medical quality. We encourage both professions to apply for the position as we can rearrange internally in the task distribution.

Additional merits include experience working in Cosmic and with Cosmic Link.

Other Information

The start date is flexible; you are welcome to start already in September, but we have set the start date to 2026-10-30 to allow time for the recruitment process.

The extent of the temporary positions is also flexible.
