The Property Economics department at HSB Norr handles all aspects of ongoing accounting for our clients, HSB Norr's housing cooperatives, as well as other external property owners. You will become an important part of the team of 28 employees, contributing to ensuring smooth and efficient internal accounting administration and for our clients. You will also lay the important groundwork for the work of the accounting consultants.

The position offers you the opportunity to learn and develop within property economics, while working closely with experienced colleagues. Daily dialogue with customers, property owners, and colleagues, both locally and in other locations, is a natural part of the job.

In your role as an Accounting Assistant at HSB Norr, your duties will include, among other things:

• Customer and supplier accounts
• Loan accounts
• Ongoing reconciliations
• Invoicing
• Case management

In the long term, we also see you taking on the role of HSB board member, i.e., participating in the board of a housing cooperative. There you support the board in their work and safeguard the interests of the members.

We see that you, as an applicant for this position, are educated as a high school economist. It is meritorious if you have previously worked as an accounting assistant with similar tasks and experience in accounting. You are also fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing and have good computer skills.

The position is a permanent employment with start date upon agreement, with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The position will be located in Umeå or Luleå. We will begin the selection process after the application period has ended.
