HSB Norr is looking for a driven accounting consultant with an interest in the real estate sector to join our Real Estate Economics department, based in Luleå.

This is a broad and developmental role where you have overall responsibility for accounting and finance, both big and small, for your clients, which are primarily housing cooperatives (bostadsrättsföreningar). Corporate clients may also be included. With the support of engaged colleagues, you will manage your own client base, with the opportunity to independently drive the collaboration forward and provide our clients with long-term and secure financial management, all to contribute to and create good housing.

Your role as an accounting consultant at HSB Norr is advisory in nature. Your main responsibilities include:

• Building good relationships with your clients and colleagues.
• Delivery responsibility within financial management, such as annual accounts, budgets, and tax returns.
• Continuous bookkeeping and other administrative tasks.

You will also have the freedom to design delivery plans and further develop the collaboration and relationship with your specific clients.

As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers. You are accustomed to structuring and organizing your daily work and thrive in customer-facing roles, as dialogue with our clients and other property owners occurs daily. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is social and comfortable with multiple contact points in a consultative working style.

As we are a large department with many external and internal contacts, good collaboration and communication skills are crucial for you to thrive here.

We see that you, applying for this position, have:

• An education in economics from a university or university college.
• Professional experience in the field, preferably with prior experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

In the long term, we also want you to take on the role of HSB board member, i.e., participate in the board of a housing cooperative. There, you will support the board in their work and safeguard the interests of the members.
