Blomsterfonden is a non-profit association working to ensure that elderly people have a safe home, professional care, and support for a meaningful daily life.

We operate five senior living facilities with vibrant social community, our own home care service, and four elderly care homes where safe care is the focus. Our goal is to give older people a richer life – filled with community, care, and joy of life. Our work is guided by our ethical values: humanity, participation, clarity, and honesty.

The association was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit emerged – the "Blomsterfonden spirit" – which still characterizes our operations today. We continue Alma's legacy by safeguarding what is at the core of every human life: recognizing the individual's capacity, will, and emotional life.

Blomsterfonden also actively works to support relatives. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about the needs and living situations of the elderly.

Building Cleaner – Cleaning, Laundry, and RUT Services

We are looking for an engaged and responsible building cleaner for our operations in Danderyd.

With us, you work to create clean, pleasant, and safe environments for our customers. The work includes cleaning, laundry, and RUT services, which include window cleaning among other tasks. You will work independently and have significant responsibility for delivering high quality and professional customer service.

About the position

The work involves cleaning in both private homes and office environments. You perform cleaning according to established routines and customer needs, as well as RUT services such as window cleaning. The work takes place at our customers' locations and involves daily travel between different addresses, making a valid B-category driver's license an absolute requirement.

The position is scheduled during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Regular cleaning in private homes and care-related environments
• Window cleaning and other RUT services
• Cleaning according to hygiene routines and quality requirements
• Documentation according to company routines
• Correct handling of digital systems and work orders
• Responsibility for materials and equipment
• Provide professional and respectful customer service
• Collaboration with colleagues and management

Qualifications

• Experience in building cleaning
• Experience in care-related work is an advantage
• Experience in window cleaning and other RUT services is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• A valid B-category driver's license is an absolute requirement

Other requirements

• A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be provided before employment begins
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the quality of the work
• Good physical fitness as the work is active and varied
